Earlier this week, United teased on Twitter about something “friendly†coming today. Many people were speculating it was going to be the rollout of United’s anticipated new website, or perhaps even a Boeing 787 Dreamliner painted in the classic Saul Bass colors.
But it doesn’t appear either of those things are happening today, when at 12:00 p.m. Central, United made what I assume is the “big†reveal:
And the first giveaway is a tour of United’s maintenance facility in San Francisco on October 2.
You have to tweet the obvious answer to United’s question by 3:00 p.m. CT today if you’re interested to win. I did, though having been to the SFO Maintenance Center several times, I’ll pass if I’m selected. Oh, and if you’re not a local, all travel expenses to get to San Francisco are on your own dime.
It will be interesting to follow along to see just how friendly these next 30 days end up being. 😉
