A couple of weeks ago, a fellow blogger over at Points, Miles and Martinis playfully taunted me suggesting that my Vintage Airline Seat Maps aren’t all that “vintage.â€
I can’t disagree since many of the aircraft I post are still flying today. But it’s still fun to look back and see how seating arrangements have changed over the course of 10 to 20 to 30 years. 😉
Here, now, is a Delta Air Lines DC-9-30 seen flying the skies in the late 1980s.
You’d find me in 2D up front and probably in 12A or 13A in coach, even though 20A/E would have the best legroom.
