If you’re into airline collectibles and in the Los Angeles area this Saturday, January 21, 2012, there’s another show being held at the Embassy Suites LAX South. I went this past June and was able to pick up some retro ticket jackets and several other items.
Things you can expect to find are safety cards, ticket jackets, baggage tags, pins, model aircraft, postcards/prints and a whole lot more. I’m flying this weekend, so won’t be able to attend, sadly.
It runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm and admission is $5.00. Parking is free in the hotel’s garage.
Oh no, I planned a milage run DFW-SFO-ORD for this weekend. If I had known about it, I would have given up the extra miles and gone through LAX instead. 🙁

@aadvantagegeek: If you’ve never been to one of these shows, they’re pretty good. This LAX one is just “okay,” but there are some near DFW, MIA and PDX that are outstanding in comparison.
