My favorite line: “Enjoy your ordeal.” HA!
ROTFL!
Baaaaaaa ZING!!!! ROFL!!!
Credible.
Funny.
Now that is a change I like.
Yup! He’s really saying, “I’m happily filling
my pockets while running Walmart Air!” Less money
for everything except salaries of top management!
Just forwarded this to my wife, who keeps asking me why I growl at the Jeff Smisek’s image during every preflight briefing we have watched him give since the merger. I’ve imagined similar versions of the text whenever I hear him talk. Grrrrrrrrrrr!
I love it!
This man is the epidemic symptom of what went wrong with the air transportation system in this country. Where greed and incompetence took over the airline board rooms.
In a highly service oriented industry you cannot rape and pillage your company and its employees, destroy their moral, and expect them to provide the best service to your valuable customers!

@Ross: Well said.
This video is out of date as Mr. Smisek just granted himself a 300% pay raise. Seriously!
He justified his and other management money grabs by touting all the money UAL saved by using the Shares computer system that his previous boss, Fran Lorenzo, took from Eastern Airlines in the 1980s. The problem immediately arose when they switched United’s state of the art computer system “off” and “cranked up” Shares which is obsolete, out of date and not powerful enough to handle the largest airline in the world. The employees and passenger of United Airlines have all suffered sense.
Priceless. United Sucks. Give me back my Continental Airlines.!!!! It wasn’t great but it didn’t suck!
